The original performance fabric
Breaking News
In conjunction with Manchester University, AERTEX are developing a new fabric that retains the properties of the original AERTEX fabric, first produced in 1888.
The new fabric will be cotton, combined with a sustainable, advanced material known as "Graphene" and is being designed to improve the wearability and comfort of protective garments.
The technology combines an engineered airflow fabric structure with Graphene integration to create a lightweight material capable of thermal regulation, moisture management and durability.
This new AERTEX fabric will be used in defence, security and high exposure tactical operations and will seek to improve wearer comfort and endurance during extended periods.
The other significant sector is Medical, where AERTEX fabric, with its loose cellular knit structure, serves numerous applications in fighting infection and providing comfort for patients.
For tactical and first responders, AERTEX acts exclusively as a next-to-skin technical base layer to be worn beneath heavy body armour etc.
